There are 10 R&D personnel, 3 R&D engineers, 3 R&D assistants, and 4 test engineers. R&D engineers have more than 5 years of product development experience and are familiar with the principles of polymer thermal conductivity and material principles. Most test engineers have more than 8 years of testing experience and can independently complete various test operations.

Full range of testing equipment

The company is equipped with a total of 5 sets of various material testing instruments, which can perform thermal conductivity test, thermal resistivity test, breakdown voltage test and other material performance related tests, and also has high temperature aging, high and low temperature cycle and other aging test equipment.
